Be careful at Wilkinsons. The other week their chocolate was well out of date.

By how long? I dont mind some things that are slightly out of date. You wont get poisioned from eating chocolate thats a month or so out of date.

I agree but my chocolate was almost 3 months out of date and it wasn't reduced in price or marked up as out of date.

It still isn't an offence as long as the product is still of "the nature, quality or substance demanded by the consumer".
