when my best friend was ill her hubby told me that he had to tell someone as he could not cope being the only one knowing but she was dying and under no circumstances was she to find out ( personally i think she knew) no matter how much i tried to talk to him and say i thought she had a right to know he refused. i spent the last months of her life seeing her every day feeling like i was lying to her.i promised myself there and then i would never burden anyone by asking  them to keep a secret .

If someone wanted to keep something secret, isnt it best to just keep it to yourself? Telling someone is always a risk.

also there two type of secrets

A: that #Should not realy be giving out

B: the one that REALY ot to be told to someone so there can help YOU

there I do have soem brains behide me
