Title: DIET
Post by: loulou on January 06, 2005, 10:44:02 pm

I will be spending the next month on a diet of Kelloggs special K, bananas, Weightwatchers soup, weightwatchers bread, Weightwatchers cheese spread , tinned tomatoes and sparkling water. No cake, biscuits or chocolate so watch me get grumpier and grumpier as the days go by.

So should I assume Loulou that this large bar of Milka with Biscuit that I brought back from Barcelona for you will not feature in your diet?  I'm determined not to eat it myself as I'm being very good at the moment.  I do keep looking at it though and wondering what it tastes like....

I bet it tastes lovely golden cup. couldn't you have a piece and then give the rest of the bar to someone else?

I highly recommend it. It's milk chocolate filled with a layer of cream and biscuit, absolubtely delicious and I have a big smile on my face . I walked the dog for an extra 30 minutes tonight and did 20 minutes on the stepper to work off what I ate. Diet is going well really and I've had lots of chicken, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, cabbage, grapes, melon, orange, apple and bananas. M&S do a lovely fruit salad.

Krispy Kremes are so good! Had them for the first time at the weekend. We ending up buying 12. I ate 3! The maple one, the chocolate sprinkled one, 1/2 a glazed original and 1/2 a glazed crueller one!! Very nice but I weigh myself tonight so I will have to see what damage they have done.

12 stone 12 - not bad as I am 6ft 4, but would like to go back to around the 12 5 mark which I was in October.

I am 5ft 9 and somewhat overweight.  At your height, you must be a stone underweight.

Gained some weight during the holidays, though I am still hovering around 8 stone or so. I'd rather be a half stone lighter, but my boyfriend keeps urging me to gain some more weight.

My girl friend is 5 ft 7 and weighs just under 9 stones, which I think is just under weight.  But she looks great in a school uniform!!!

I might add she is 42.

I know what you mean sillyank. Just half a stone lighter or so would make the difference. I am a bit determined at the moment as I will be getting married at some point in the future!
