did anyone see it? I was pi**ing mesefl witgh laughter!!!

and that old granny tellinbg simon crowle loulou38949.7509606481
-
she was a star and the way they edited it with the music and the crowds was brilliant, really made me laugh
-
It never ceases to amaze me just how many completely talentless people really think they can sing, and will go on TV to prove how tragically wrong they are!
-
Most of the X Factor/Pop Idol/Popstars winners were all talentless and have now disappeared from the music scene. Michelle who? Gareth what?
-
Michelle is literally disappearing - she's lost about eight stone!
-
Isn't Michelle a dj on Scottish radio now?
-
Gareth Gates didn't actually win, lest we forget. But that's not to say I disagree with Kevvosa's point; where is Steve Brookstein these days, par example?
-
Will Young is going strong and look at Girls Aloud.
-
And One True Voice...
-
Who? My mam prefers Il Divo. Much better looking and sound better.
-
And One True Voice...
No they weren't the posh ones were they? What were they called now?
-
You're thinking of G4. OTV were the male equivalent of Girls Aloud.
-
Well both crap. I heard Brenda is starring in the west end in Chicago.loulou38949.760787037

Can't stand these shows it's like watching karaoke
Don't like any reality shows either like Big Brother. Have to admit I have been a bit sad and been watching Love Island, don't know why must be a moment of madness
-
I saw about 10 minutes of the X Factor and will catch the rest on ITV 2 later tonight.
The worst two were the guy singing You raise me up and the bloke who announced "I've got someting special to give" and then left the panel speechless with his song and dance routine of All Night Long.

Hey! A woman with a big bum who is not afraid to show us she is intelligent!
-
And the bizarre Michael Jackson impression...
-
They shouldn't have put that young boy through. He was a complete nervvous wreck and simon was right to say no but Louis and sharon always go for the sympathy.
-
Exactly. They just want old grannies to go 'aah'.
-
Was the Michael Jackson one where he said his girlfriend told him he was good.

Am thinking BK has a little obsession with my bumble
-
What about that big foreign woman in the X factor jacket who sang Like A Prayer and tried to follow it with I Have A Dream. She would SCARE an audience stiff!
Simon is quite right to tell people straight when they are that bad. It's cruel to dress it up and feed their illusion that they have talent. Some of them are barking mad.
-
'Hi, my name's Phyllis, and today I'll be singing Let Me In by The Osmonds...'

I nearly pi**ed myself laughing when she came on.

Does anyone else expect Kerry to go tonight?
-
Separated at birth?

smurfboy39018.8203240741
-
i predict...
tonight, the mcdonald brothers and dionne will go!
-
Well we both got one right each WJP
-
Separated at birth?

I think he's dead cute and a brilliant singer
-
I'm pleased Kerry went. She sounds the same every week.
-
i'm happy to get it half right... but how the hell are the macdonald clan still there?
-
It's the Scottish vote. A lot of Scots will vote for any act from north of the border purely out of patriotism - look at Michelle MacManus. Also I think the McDullards are getting a lot of sympathy votes from people who buy into this 'Simon Cowell is the big bad wolf' rubbish.
-
I think he's dead cute and a brilliant singer
I havent been watching it for a few weeks and saw it last night. That guy was terrible! It was like watching live kareoke.
-

i agree, the guy can't sing - why do the judges love him so much? his rendition of 'swing' on saturday made my ears hurt.
-
The woman in the wheelchair was much better.
-
-
I don't know why but when I was watching X Factor and Kerry being voted off I was convinced she was going to get out of her wheelchair and walk off stage saying 'well i did try'.
-

-
I know you were all thinking it.
-
Although Ashley fluffed his words AGAIN, I still predict the McDullards have to go tonight.
-
yay! so it's goodbye to Sideshow Bob! good riddance - you whiny, irritating git. (not a fan...)
-
Before the sing-off, I thought it would be a straight choice between good voice (Ashley) and good attitude (Robert). But Ashley's second performance was so poor, I think he came second in both categories.
-
I think Ashley is carrying a huge chip on his shoulder and I reckon Simon has had Leona.
-
-
She's his only hope now. Ray is too limited and Nikita just isn't quite up to it. Is Sinitta supposed to be the stylist for Simon's team? Why does she keep putting Nikita in those terrible belted dresses that acentuate her puppy fat?
-
Why was Ray wearing a cravat?
-
more to the point, why was he there at all?
-
Looks like I was the only one voting for Robert then
-
no, no - i'm a big robert fan too. he's definitely one of the best ones there.
wjp66639028.70375
-
Shame when he talks he comes across as a bit of a Frank Bruno.
-
I like Robert.
-
I like Robert too, Lou. Have you been voting for him?
I received my phone bill today. When I voted for Robert at 7.30pm on 21 October the call cost 42p. When I voted on 28 October at a similar time the call cost 68p.
What's that all about?
Perhaps (rather than lining Simon Cowell's pockets with vote money) it's better to watch and vote on Strictly Come Dancing instead, at least some of their money goes to Children in Need.
-
I would never vote for X Factor.
-
The only contestant I ever voted for was Rowetta. There was no one I liked enough last year.
-
Smurfy have you been watching Rowetta on the celebrity hairdresser /beauticianshow? She is scared of feet.
I agree with kev I would never vote for X Factor contestants. I always think these comps are fixed anyway.
-
I haven't got BBC3, otherwise I would be watching the hair thing.
I used to think all these comps were rigged until Michelle MacManus won. No way did they choosee for her to win.
-
The reason X Factor and Big Brother run for so long is just so they can milk more money out of the poor sods who vote over the phone.
-
come on - macdonalds def going tonight!
-
Fingers crossed - but if Robert doesn't really pull it out of the bag tonight I can see him going.
-
I'm disappointed that Ray stayed and Nikitta went.
-
Me too - Nikitta struggled sometimes, but there was something a bit different about her voice. Ray looked like a kid performing at his grandma's party last night.
-
ray sounds like an above-average karaoke act... at least nikkitta 'sounds' like a star. what's the bet that simon picked him to stay because he's a young lad, and he knows lots of middle-aged housewives and 13 year old girls with mobile phones will vote for him?
-
Do you think Sharon and Louis each voted for different acts to force Simon to choose? I hoped both Sharon and Louis would vote for Ray to go and keep Nikitta.
I haven't got BBC3, otherwise I would be watching the hair thing.
Smurfy it's on BBC1 this week.
-

That's exactly why he picked him, both on Saturday and in the first place. He chose between him and the nervous boy because he wanted at least one contestant with the 'awwh, sweet!' factor.
-
Hmm the plot thickens i wanted Nikkita to win too I dont think Ray would sell as many albums and he seems to sing the same stuff all the time. Maybe its a conspirarcy it seems everyone i want to win these reality shows never do!!
-
I want Eton Road to win the whole thing.
-
It made me laugh the other day when the camp guy phoned up and said that Eton Road are like the new Culture Club, then read them a crap poem. I wonder if it was Bounty?

-
I haven't got BBC3, otherwise I would be watching the hair thing.
I used to think all these comps were rigged until Michelle MacManus won. No way did they choosee for her to win.
if you go to the bbc website you can watch it on live stream for free smurfy
-
I thought Eton Road were total crap. Ben was fantastic. The McDonald Brothers were acceptable.
-
Eton Road will get all the votes from young girls. Leona was very good and obviously Simon was trying to big her up as a 'Mariah Carey' wannabe with the choir and claiming people are talking about her in America (yeah right).
-
She was very, very good but personally, I cannot stand the Mariah Carey style. I find it SOOOOOOO irritating.
-
I think she might do better with a poppier style of song.
-
Louis and Simon wearing suits and black ties, Sharon in black. Did someone die?
-
I want rid of Ray and the McDullards.
-
I want Leona to go and she can take her squealing and screeching with her.
-
so Robert went. where's the justice in that?
i got the impression simon deliberately voted off the proper competition. it's just not fair.
-
Sorry but I totally disagree. Eton Road have far more chance of winning than Robert did.
-
They will win I think.
-
I think it will be them, Ben and Leona in the final.
-
Eton Rd are definitely my favourites. Everyone else is boring. The way I rate the acts is to think if I was in a pub and the person was singing would I leave before finishing my drink (Ray, Leona)or would I finish my drink (Ben, The Mcdonalds) or would I get another round in (Eton Rd).
-
but at least robert can hold a tune. eton road come out every week and murder the songs.
and what's the deal with the tone-deaf squeaky one? eh???
-
Only one of the lads in Eton Road has any stage prescence. The camp one has a whiny voice and always looks lost. The other two can't sing very well.
-
But they are entertaining and does the world need another Mariah wannabe Leona ?
-
But Ben has a fantastic voice, he can play the piano brilliantly and he looks good. I'd pay to see him any day. He really has the X Factor. He's original and talented.
-
I think Ben would be more of a 'singer songwriter' type along the lines of Elton John rather than a pop singer.
As for Eton Road yes they're entertaining and I think that if they practise a bit they'll become a propper boyband. Ie. the ones who can't sing will just become backing vocalists
-
For me it's a shame Robert went, I thought he put a better performance in that Eton Road who sounded out of tune.
I don't really like any of the acts that are left so probably won't bother watching any more.
-
The camp one in Eton Road seems like an act on his own. He's got talent, but he doesn't fit in with the others. I don't think he'd be in the band if he wasn't at it with one of the others.
-
-
Kevosa wrote:"I think Ben would be more of a 'singer songwriter' type along the lines of Elton John rather than a pop singer."
I think he is much more like Van Morrsion. If he was anything like Elton John, I would not like him at all. Elton had his day thirty years ago. He had talent then but has become a bit of a bore since.
-
I agree. Elton is old hat.
-
What I meant was not that he's like Elton but that he's a 'singer songwriter' type. I could see him playing piano on music shows and so on.
-
I agree. Elton is old hat.
And extremely annoying.
-
and ugly.
-
'So Mr Furnish, what first attracted you to the multi-millionaire Elton John?'
-
"I didn't know I loved him till I saw him crocodile rock -n -roll"
-
I'm gutted Eton Road have gone and stupid Ray has stayed. I think he looks more like a ventroliquests dummy each week.
-
He does.
To be honest Ray and Eton Road were both bad, Ray will be out next week I'm sure.
Don't worry lou they'll still get a record deal.
-
I want the Mcdonald brothers to win now.
-
Not on your nelly.
-
I don't like Leona or Ben.
-
Personally, I think Eton Road were musically much weaker than the others. They are also not very original. Leona has a superb voice and so does Ben. Ray is also a very good singer but a bit cheesy. The McDOnald Bros are OK but again, not very original.
I would like Ben to win.
-
I think it's bewteeen Ben and Leona. Whatever happens they'll both get record deals anyway. Ray and the McD Bros will probably too.
-
That just proves what a ridiculous show it is.
-
Well we've known that ever since it started haven't we?

-
I gave a huge cheer when the Macdonalds sang the Proclaimers song; I have been waiting for them to sing something from the Proclaimers since the start of the series!
-
That was their best performance.
-
I gave a huge cheer when the Macdonalds sang the Proclaimers song; I have been waiting for them to sing something from the Proclaimers since the start of the series!
I remember you saying that; I thought of you when I heard it
Mind you, if a Scottish duo couldn't get a good reaction singing that they shouldn't be in the contest!
-
I think it turned into Stars in their eyes.
-
The Mcdonalds have gone.
-
It should have been Ray.
-
I wanted Ray to go tonight. How pathetic a young kid like that singing My Way.
-

-
I thought the result was fair. The McDonalds are Ok but boring. When they sang Sang-a-lang I could hear the nails being driven into their coffins.
Ray, although a bit cheesy, is a terrific little singer. He looks like one of those teenage singers from 1950s America like Bobby Vee or Bobby Vinton. Again, he is not very original.
Leona has a superb voice and I am sure she will win. She is totally what the public love. For me she is not original enough but I think she has a wonderful voice.
Ben is my favourite. I would pay to see him. (I would pay to sleep with him too
) but I didn't say that did I????
-

-
And you a respectable teacher!
Did I mention I've been told I look like Ben?
(I don't of course - people just tend to tell me I look like anyone with long hair.)
-
I am a bit ashamed! But he is a bit fit, even if he is far too young for me. I bet Sharon thinks so too. She is a shameless flirt around guys like Ben!
-
Did I mention I've been told I look like Ben?
(I don't of course - people just tend to tell me I look like anyone with long hair.)
My partner got told he looks like David Gest
did David Gest ever even have long hair?
-
Not that I know of.
I was told by an old woman in the supermarkets a few weeks back that I 'look just like that Russell Hobbs off the telly'. I didn't have the heart to tell her that was a kettle
