My brother-in-law was great friends with a chap that used to play in a group and they were selected for the Eurovision Song Contest. They changed their name to Co Co, sang "The Bad Old Days"  at the contest and came 14th or something. Later, one member of the group joined Bucks Fizz (Cheryl) and eventually became a Eurovision Song Contest Winner.

Charlie, my brother-in-law's friend retired from the music industry.
