It is Grandparents day on 23rd September and this got me wondering what is the oddest greeting card you ever saw. Mine would be the 'deepest sympathy on the loss of your dog' card.

I have seen 'Congratulations on your divorce' cards, and also one 'to my Grandmother's beloved partner' or similar.

I quite like the "Good Luck on going to University" cards that are around at the moment.

Apparently there is now a Nurse's Day. Is there anybody you don't have to buy a card for these days? It reminds of The Simpsons, when Homer finds a card that says 'to a heck of a blacksmith'!
