-
I watched her programme and took all the bedding and towels and folded them properly like she did with no edges showing. I really enjoyed that bit.
Do you know if there was a book out as I would like to buy it for my sister in law who doesn't seem to know how to clean anything. loulou38935.9822453704

Why would you admit to this in public?
-
I must admit to obtaining great satisfaction from foling my towels so that the edges don't show. I dont go that far with tea towels however. I also arrange the pillow so that the openings face away from the door as you enter the room (nurses were once taught to do that) and when we had flat sheets I always did hospitla corners. I guess us older girls were trained by fussy mothers.

My mother can't have been fussy enough.
I do agree about the pillows but I have no idea how to do hospital corners or fold towels so the edges don't show. My airing cupboard is a bit of a free-for-all!

Life is far too short!
-
I have fitted sheets but if I am making a bed with flat sheets it is hospital corners every time. I always face the openings of the pillowcases away from the door.
-
We've been well trained eh Lou?
-
We certainly have.
