Title: It’s all go for Kitkat
Post by: on July 25, 2006, 05:54:24 pm

The big news from Nestle is the September launch of a Kitkat Dark four finger as a permanent line retailing at 39p – until now it has only been available in a two finger multi-pack variant in the grocery trade.

Big news!? Oh, well, hum-drum it is.

Like the wrapper though.

Also: "The move coincides with the introduction of Foil Fresh packs across the
range and a recipe change to the four finger milk chocolate variant
which sees thicker chocolate added to the bar. The dark chocolate
variant will use the same recipe says.

The move to Foil Fresh packs
means the product keeps fresher for five times as long and Nestle will
be spending £5m advertising the fact with TV, cinema and press
executions as well as sampling."
