An Austrailian poet/rocker, similar style to that of Leonard Cohen with echoes of Patti Smith and Johnny Cash.

Had a huge hit over here called 'Where the Wild Roses Grow' which was a duet with Kylie Minogue, who put on a performance of a lifetime with such haunting vocals.

Bounty, if you have the facilities, i recommend you download the afore mentioned song.

Stevie Nicks ruined Fleetwood Mac in my opinion. They were a blues band - with her they became a West Coast Soft Rock band. Yuk.

Before Nicks they were a typical British blues band.

With Nicks, they gained a premier chanteuss, who was very mystical and spiritual.  An extremely gifted and natural poet, who commanded attention from every corner of the globe.  She wrote some of the best ever rock songs, inc. Rhiannon, the Chain etc. and singlehandedly made them the biggest band in the world.

Lindsay Buckingham also joined, who was/is a better guitarist than Green.

There is no guitar player alive who is better than Pete Green. There is no Blues artist in this country who is better than Pete Green. Talented though Stevie Nicks may be in her field, as far as the Blues goes, she is a non starter.
