1: she NEVER built more council house
2: SHE NEVER GIVE FRE HELP TO THOSE JOBLESS ( like FREE traing cousre)

The miners got retrained and earnt more. They made more money because they got to buy their homes.
The tax wasn't the best but which tax is good?

Have you been to many ex-mining communities? They are ghost towns. Selling off council houses is no way to make people rich. What happens when the next generation need them?
