Only if it was the king smurf with his smurfolator.  That doesn't count, I meant everyday smurfs.

It would take one Dalek to wipe out the entire Smurf race.

Hmmm... as Smurfs are so small you might think it would take hundreds, but a handful of them could climb onto the Dalek and attack key areas.
