Title: Double choc chip cookies

Take Morrison's/Sainsbury's in-store baked choc chip cookies (chewy!), break up into pieces and drop onto your favourite vanilla ice cream ( Walls Blue Ribbon is great). Leave for 5 minutes till the edges of the cookie pieces go crispy whilst the inner is still chewy.

Lovely!!!!!!!

I like breaking up ginger nuts and mixing them in vanilla haagen daas.
