erm............
My Bionic man figurine with his arch-nemesis Maskatron!
I could buy this outfit and dress her up. My parents swore blind there wasn't other outfits in the shops to buy to dress her up and 30 yrs later I found ou they were lying.
but I never let her!
I loved little pretend post office sets that you could buy from the Post Office. i also loved Plasticine and Betta Build.
I longed for an etch-a-sketch and i got one when i was 12.
I think a lot of us were. I remember a conversation about Tuff shoes with the compass in the heel! What with our Betta Build and our train sets, why didn't more of us grow up to be engineers?
I loved meccano too and my friend and I managed to build a working 'Spiromatic' with it (if anyone remembers that) that cost a fraction of the real thing.
My favourites were Lego, rollerboots, bike and Sindy. Also I liked playing with my computer (first a ZX81 then a Spectrum +) but I guess they don't really count as toys.

Oh yes, I had one of those too!

You only had to look at the ZX 81 with a 16k memory pack stuck on the back of it and it would crash!

Yes and the poor thing didn't like getting hot, the cooling system was a glass of water balanced carefully on the top!
Mine were my lego set, baby shivers and barbie. I desparately wanted a train set from the early learning centre but I never got one.
Baby Shivers scared the crap out of me!
Magna-Doodle (knocked the spots off the old etch-a-sketch)

oooooooooooooooooooooh - i'd pay a lot for five minutes alone with him. anything else i could forgive...
just the thought of my Wookiee in the hands of an 8 year oild makes me shiver!
i even had a fully working ewok village for christs sake!!!!!!! nooooo....
I still have! And a Yak Face. (No comments please...)
