OK so the sun finally came out properly today (in my local area anyway).  But I thought it was a bit over the top for half the population to be wandering about in shorts and little tops!  May hasn't even started let alone finished!

On Good Friday I saw a man in Marks wearing olive green shorts with a belt, socks and walking boots and a bright red polo shirt. His wife was with him and I felt like walking up to her and saying 'why did you let him leave the house?!'

I've not felt like casting aclout yet either.  Incidentally Goldencup, the May referred to in the ditty is may blossom not the month of May.  Sorry if you already knew this.

Oh no, nothing like that. Its a smart coat with 2 sets of buttons on the front from River Island.

Choccy Chick I think we were picturing you wearing a cardigan on top of a big black coat!  Presumably you meant 'over' as in 'instead of'.
