Title: Brownies
Post by: Browniegirl on April 25, 2006, 04:43:52 pm

Brownie fans start crying - the best brownies I've ever had come from Dolcielo (www.dolcielo.com). Dark, rich, incredibly decadent, and they have dried fruit and liqueur. I really liked the cherry. The bad news is they're only available in the U.S. Maybe a little prompting could change that?

In heaven for a few moments...

I think the secret is to use a mixure of  rich soft brown sugar and white caster sugar. That works with cookies.

This recipe requires three whole slabs of chocolate - one milk, one dark and one white. You can see why I don't make it very often!
