heyy. i am currently researching some stuff for my project. so hopefully some of you out there may know some information that may be useful for my project. please feel free to post any ideas or comments on this topic. thanks! (:


there are many ingredients to make chocolate. the following ingredients are the main ingredients found in chocolate.



anyone knows the uses of the ingredients (listed above) in making chocolate?


oh yes. another query that i have. is there a certain way/method to make chocolate solidify?


so does anyone have any idea about the things i have listed above? if so, please please please reply yea? thanks a million people!

Hmmm....


Possibly a bit technical for most of us here, but I'll help if I can! I know cocoa solids are what give chocolate its strength of taste and colour, and therefore white chocolate doesn't have any cocoa solids at all. It does however contain cocoa mass and cocoa butter.

There is a bit on the Cadbury's website about making chocolate. Unfortunately their learning section is being redeveloped so it's not available at the moment. But their customer services is quite helpful, I'm sure if you ask them for info they can help.
