Anyone still drink fizzy soft drinks much any more?
I stoppped over a year ago and now drink fruit juice.
I feel the better of it too.
-
I never buy 'full fat' soft drinks - empty calories.
-
How is this new? hasn't Coke with lime been out for more than a year?
I don't drink much in the way of fizzy drinks. I drink tea or fruit juice.
-
They only did it in diet form originally.
-
Oh God, what's the difference anyway? They all taste the bloody same to me.
-
The calories!
-
Yes, you're right there.
-
I try to drink juice and very rarely drink fizzy pop. I like lucozade but if I buy a bottle it all goes within a few hours .
-
I drink fizzy pop but diet versions, though I try to avoid it. I'm not so keen on juice, especially dilute juice.
-
Juice 'drinks' are actually worse for you than fizzy pop. Something that's described as a fruit juice drink can contain as little as 5% fruit juice.
-
Water is better for you.

Juices made from concentrate can be too acidic. As for water - it's too boring!
-
But cheaper.
-
I love fresh orange and grapefruit juice

I drink fizzy drinks occasionally. I wouldn't drink just one thing exclusively.
-
I drink fizzy occasionally, but I prefer water, sugar free juice drinks or fresh juices.
-
I quite like diet coke with vanilla

I haven't tried that one, does it taste anything like a coke float?
-
I have never had a coke float so I can't say

-
Vanilla coke is the best. They are stopping making it soon

What's a coke float?

What's a coke float?
It's a glass of coke with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream floating in it.

Are they really?
-
Yep. It will be replaced by Black Cherry Vanilla flavour, but Coke say they may reintroduce Vanilla at some point.
-
So that means only if cherry vanilla doesnt sell well!
-
Probably!
-

Why take it away? Why not just leave it there, surely it can't be selling that badly?
-
It can't be performing well enough to justify production costs.
