Can you play an instrument and if so which one?
-
I can play the triangles, but I would like to play a viol, viola, violin, cello, double bass, coranglais, bassoon, clarinet, bass clarinet, oboe, flute, piccolo, French horn, euphonium, sousaphone, tuba, trumpet and trombone.
-
Have you ever tried blowing your own trumpet bounty?
-
No
-
I can play the violin a bit but normally I wait for the neighbours to go out
-
Well that's you on the violin and bounty on the triangle...almost an orchestra here.
-
I can play drums.
-
Have you ever tried blowing your own trumpet bounty?

Does he ever do anything else?
-
Pink oboe.
-
More like purple parsnip
-

I can play cello, piano, violin, drum kit, timpani, snare drum and all other percussion including the triangle which is actually quite hard to play well. I can't blow a trumpet (my own or anybody else's) and would like to play saxophone or sousaphone.
-
What's a sousaphone?
-
Tempted to say, "I dunno," but....

-
I can play the recorder!!
But i'm more of a singer/dancer than an instrument player...
-
Mrs Chocadmin is a violinist I believe.
-
I do play the purple Parsnip Oldspice.
-

-
GC that sousaphone looks heavy.
-

Is that a euphonium or something?
-
It's a Sousaphone - invented by Sousa for use in his famous marches (like the Monty Python theme). And yes, I believe they are very heavy but I've always wanted to play one ever since I was a kid and my big sister's boyfriend played one in a band! I've never actually tried but I'm sure I wouldn't even get a note out of it.
-
What does a euphonium look like then? Are they similar?
-
-
paper and comb!
oh, lets and not forget the spoons...

-
its a traditional instrument down these parts.
-
Is a euphonium bigger than a tuba?
-
Is a euphonium bigger than a tuba?
I am no authority on this (brass band territory) but there are different sized and pitched euphoniums and I think the biggest one (presumably a bass?) looks pretty much like a tuba.
-
Is a euphonium bigger than a tuba?
I thought it was an alternative to a rude word
-
-
I think euphonium is a wonderful word.
