Topic...totally gorgeous bars...but who buys them?

More to the point, have you noticed that Topics are never, ever advertised?!

Bring back Cabana ---- blows Bounty out of the water!

I love topics and buy them all the time. They have definitely shrunk.

Topics are delicious, but they're such a secretive bar!

They definitely shrunk. I buy them so regular that I know they have shrunk within the last 3 yrs.

hmmm.....the Topic is a curious bar..

 

I wonder if they plan to keep reducing it intil it just disappears!

have you noticed how the topic in celebrations just doesn't taste anything like the bar?

Actually I am guilty of this ... I love Topics when they are in Celebrations but I don't think I have ever bought a Topic bar!

I like Topics too but they I never seem to buy them. I like the mini ones in Celebrations.

Well I honoured my previous post and bought a Topic at my work's shop today. It seemed quite small in relation to other bars, and at 3p more than a 4-finger KitKat it had a lot to live up to. But I enjoyed it! The caramel is much more noticable in the bar compared to the mini ones in celebrations. It was filling and I'm glad I got it!

Full-size Topics are much nicer than the Celebrations ones, because the hazelnuts aren't all fragmented.

I lurrrveee topics - haven't had one for ages though

In fact, when I was about 14 I had a hamster and it was called 'Topic' because i was going through a bit of a topic addiction at that time!!!

We must start buying more - don't want them to end up discontinued! Who makes them btw?

I love them so much I buy two at a time. I could go into the newsagent blinfolded and know exactly where they are on the shelf. 4th shelf down, 3 in.  See.

I always wonder why mars bother to make snickers and topics, they seem so similar in essence, but to be fair topics ar far nicer, they are slightly more rounded at the ends than snickers.  I like that in a bar!

I think they are very different. Topic has white nougat and hazel nuts. Snickers has caramel, darker, softer whipped filling and peanuts.
