I was on leave yesterday. James Blunt concert. Must say he was very good

 Paul Weller's comments were a bit harsh I thought, although I have never bought a James Blunt record but have lots of Paul Weller ones...

Whatever it was that Paul Weller said, if it's bad then I agree with him!  I cannot stand James Blunt's voice.  If they're playing that 'Beautiful' thing in a shop I have to walk out.

I have to agree that there is something about James Blunt that seems to hit a nerve and make me quite aggressive.  That said, I dont understand why so many other musicians seem to hate him at a personal level. Have I missed something that he said or did?

It's like - everyone hates Mick Hucknell too. It's not personal, you just can't help hating him - even though Holding back The Years is a great song.

I have an eclectic taste in music. My current favourites for driving home to are Mr Blue Sky by ELO and the Flower Duet from Delibes' Lakme.
