I am going to make one tonight with potato, onion, peas, asparagus and spinach. I will eat it with a rocket salad.

Smurfy this is uncanny - I've just been preparing the ingredients for my asparagus, potato and red pepper frittata!  They're delicious cold too, should there be any leftovers.

That is so bizarre! I'm only putting asparagus in because I have some that needs eating up - I didn't know you were actually meant to!

Mine was very nice Smurfy - how was yours?  Oldspice haven't you seen those 'make a meal out of eggs' adverts - they're always knocking up frittatas!
