Hi All
I've been going to Italy for the last 10 years ever since i met my darling partner.
She comes from Turin.
Her mum sent me a bottle of chocolate liqueur one Xmas called Bicerin di Gianduiotto and I fell in love with it straight away.
It tastes like a liquid Ferrero Rocher mixed with 15% alcohol.
Delecious!
It's great on ice cream, with panettonne and with coffee.
My favorite combination however is when it's mixed with spirits either rum, whiskey or vodka, beautiful at the end of a lovely meal.
I love this drink so much that now i've started to import it to the UK.
I invite everyone to come and have a free taste test that we do in Borough Market at London Bridge, London, on the second Saturday of every month.
The next one is on the 10th of February, just before Valentine's Day.
Maybe you'll fall in love with it like i did.
We look forward to seeing you all.
Lou and Spice
Thanks for the feedback.
I would like to give you all a personal taste test.
I thought that by sharing this information would enhance my venture and bring something new of interest to the chocolate table.
Instead i read scorn, ridicule and cynicism
No matter, maybe some who have viewed this post are pleased, positive and open to what my intensions are.
So really if you wish to taste test before pouring scorn let me know.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Bicerin
Lou, Lou, Lou!
Forever a cynic or a joker, eh?
Here's what i'll do Lou and let me know what you think, i will give a free bottle to Kevvosa.
Kevvosa if you can come to La Dolce Vita
<>
The Italian Festival in London Olympia 16th - 19th of March 2006, i'll give you a free bottle.
How about that?
Enjoy
Kev
That should read: La Dolce Vita The Italian Festival in London Olympia 16th - 19th of March 2006
Let me know.
You could send me a sample bottle Bicerin and I will see if I can make truffles with it.
This is a serious suggestion by the way.
