SAUCY CHOCOLATE PUD


Serve hot straight from the oven with cream or vanilla ice-cream


Serves 6/8


Ingredients


110g butter; 200g caster sugar; 2 eggs; 170g s/r flour; 25g cocoa powder; 200mls milk


For the topping


85g cocoa powder sifted; 170g muscovdao sugar; 500mls very hot water


Method


Pre heat oven to gas mark 5 190c.


Lightly butter a shallow oven proof dish. Cream butter and sugar together, add the eggs and milk beat well and sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Combine and pour into the prepared buttered dish.


Mix the muscovado sugar and remaining sifted cocoa powder together and sprinkle over the pudding .Gently pour over the hot water and bake for approx 35/40 minutes, or until the pudding has risen and set on top and the bottom is still saucy.

yes and yes! was gorgeos and definatly worth the shopping trip for the stuff. My only prolem =was that i didn't see it this morning tilthe end so had o guess at how it looked

It did look nice, but they rushed through it! I wouldn't normally see This Morning, but I have been off work with two sick kids and I made the most of catching up with a bit of daytime TV.


Bit raunchy in parts... Specially the Sex Week stuff! Had to giggle when Philip asked if the Glass winkie they used to demonstrate oral sex on was "blown galss!"
