 Cheese Why when it take so long to mature does it go off so quick?

I like Red Leicester cheese the best. Edam, Applewood and Double Gloucester are also very nice. I am not a big fan of strong cheddar.

I don't know the answer to your question but I have heard you should wrap it in tin foil.

My mom got me these cheese slices at Christmas from Marks called Harvarti. They're very mild and absolutely yum.


I'm with you Oldspice, cheese is much better cooked.

Anchovies are not hairy fish; they are green with a blue reflective stripe down their back - quite shiny, in fact. They have quite sharp teeth, you know.

Maybe their flesh is hairy? Or their bones are thin like hairs?? I don't know, I don't eat fish.

Only the ones in Worcestershire sauce, cc. To my knowledge I do not eat any other fish or fish related products.
