I am looking for new flavours to make.
My biggest seller is Choc & Baileys
so my challenge to you is to suggest
a combination that will prove even more popular!
Best suggestion gets a 500gm tub of that flavour suggested
Weirdo! :-)
HTML smileys don't work then!
I suppose it's not that strange really.
I keep thinking I may try a chilli one.
Have you ever tried chilli choc?
Obviously blatant advertising but I really am looking for help and suggestions for flavours etc.
Also, as mentioned on the other thread, I'd like to set up a Choc & Truffle club.
I suppose you could mention it on the little chat on the side. Do you know what I mean?
No idea.
Get confused using these forums!
My choc and mint is ace - extra minty!!!!
I tried Bananas but the chemistry doesn't work.
The enzymes in the banana break down and cause the truffle to go semi liquid, which was a pity cuz it tasted absolutely gorgeous!
Thanks.
I quit all my other jobs and went full time about 3 months ago.
Just started doing my truffles WITH Belgian Chocolate and now I'm looking for more ideas
What about Black Forest Gateau?
A layer of cake with cherry truffle on top
Creme de Menthe Truffles
Ginger Cream Truffles
Passion Fruit Truffle Creams (great for Valentine's Day)
Butterscotch Truffles
Now that's a good idea Smurf!
Typical smurfy's is a good idea whereas my suggestion of cherry and carrot got me called a weirdo.
You lot are balmy!
Off to buy a bottle of this Mint Baileys.
I haven't seen it for sale anywhere though.

"Have you made any of our suggested chocs yet Heavenly?"
Not yet. Still waiting for my Bain-Marie to arrive.
Just bought a pack of Marzipan to have a mess with though.
Problem is, I absolutely hate the stuff, so I can't test to see if it is nice or not!?!?!
Alright, I'll make sure you learn something new today:
Don't take ginseng during pregnancy. It can cause miscarriage.

I could help you with that...
I have these giant bars of Belgian Chocolate (2.5KG) which I will melt in the Bain-Marie.
Then I can dip the truffles into there to coat them in chocolate!
It's coming from Germany - should have cost £180 but I got it for £75
What a bargain!
and shoving a knitting needle... oh, let's not go there.
Is that the one with the bottle of gin?
