Title: Texan Bars
Post by: negh21 on November 30, 2005, 07:35:45 pm
Oh my word where have I been.  I've only just today discovered the relaunch of the texan bar.  Is it too late to get them in shops I've found them online - how exciting is this!

I do. Do you remember the Texan the first time around then?

To be fair it took Nestle so long to get them into the shops, you could easily not know Texans had been relaunched! They still had plenty in Woolies the last time I looked Negh.

Thanks I'll pop to Woolies tomorrow.  Texan was my absolute favourite as a kid and I can't wait to take a trip down memory lane.

I think they are very different and I won't be buying anymore.

The chocolate is moulded to the bar now and it's softer.  With the old Texans, the chocolate used to crack and fall off and the chew was really chewy nougat.

I hate toffee that is too hard.
