Maria was voted off tonight and the Conway sisters saved. Disgrace. And why is that Chico still in the competition.

Chico should have gone. he's big-headed and very limited in terms of the range of songs he can sing.

I do not think Maria made a good job of Brown Sugar (It's a man's song) but she is better over-all than the Conway Sisters.

I was shocked at Sharon Osborne's reaction though. She was downright racist towards Louis - but I agree he was a prat.

Sharon Osbourne is an embarrasment on that programme, if not racist abuse, then thinly disguised sexual advances to wimpy shelf stackers....

Did you see last week where she said she had something warm and furry that smelt nice for Shane. It was all over the papers so this week she said it again and brought her dog out from under the table.

Last year was blatantly a fix though - Steve got told no - poor steve, he trudges off dejectedly... but wait! Whats this...? Simon has changed his mind! Steve CAN go through to the next round after all! And of course, in true rubbish hollywood style he went on to win it... Pah!

I spent all Saturday trying not to find out the result as I'd taped it - then one of my friends blew it.

I would not be at all surprised to learn the Conways are friends of Louis. He tried desperately to keep pregnant Hazel in Popstars Rivals even though she was over the age limit - then it turned out he used to manage her band in Ireland.
