does anyone know why cadburys got rid of the secret bar, you know the one that had the light chcolate mousse wrapped in nest like chocolate - i think the world has gone crazy.

Because they're cruel. But must send big thanks to you for reminding me of the name....you've put an end to sleepless nights (sad, but true). My family's best effort (following my intricate description) was, 'is it a Milky Way dear?'. Clearly, I was adopted.

Just found this, I posted somewhere else about Secret bars. They were the best chocolate bar ever! I contacted first Cadburys about them and they said they didn't make them Nestle did. So I asked Nestle and they said that the cost was too high and relitively low sales, they came out early 1992 and were discontinued later that year. I don't think they gave them enough time to get popular, plus, make it an expensive bar like a toblarone, I wouldn't care!

I thought they were made by Galaxy? Also, I thought they lasted a bit longer than a fews months. Just shows how memory can play tricks on you.

In any case, they're gone and the plant has been scrapped, so they ain't coming back.
