Just discovered a new box of chocolates called gorgeous by bendicks and
they are delish.  Found them in woolworths.  There is a big
box and I can't remember the price of that but they had sample packs at
69p with one of each of the five chocs inside.  Very small
chocolates unfortunately so entire pack only lasted till I reached the
door of the store but very nice in my opinion.  Particuarly
recommend the chocolate truffle and the almond crunch. Yum!

Bendicks' quality is very good. Their mint selection is excellent if you want a bit of mint variety. Their rose and violet creams are to die for.

Me too, the Mint Selection is really good. I have not tried any of their other selections.

They have the mint selection in tesco and are £3.47

Me too! It is with great restraint that the chocolate goes to the top of the cupboard for another day.

Isn't it just glorious to sit down with a nice drink and a really expensive, luxury box of chocs? What about those Thornton's Summer Fruit truffles? They're not too expensive and they are really nice when chilled. I like the lime ones the best.

Tried the Bendicks gorgeous today. My male flatmate was with me, and
said "Do you fancy some gorgeous?" and the 2 woman in front of us
turned round and stared!

Saw these in Woolies and looked at the choices (printed on the back) but the selection sounded so boring. It was the usual praline crunch and chocolate truffle. Nothing really different at all.
