You know I'm on a diet folks? And I've been realllllly good? Well, yesterday someone in the staffroom was had her 60th birthday and we had champagne and there was a box of Thornton's Continental Chocolates - and i had two.

No, I only had two chocolates! And I managed a spelling error in the second posting! What on earth is wrong with me? Is it chocolate deprivation?

 Deprived and depraved aren't homophones.  A homophones are pairs of words like vein/vain  and vile/viol.

I agree with choc chick. 2 chocs can't do much harm to your diet oldspice. Stop feeling guilty and have some cadburys turkish.

It's my birthday tomorrow so it was my turn to take something into the staffroom. i made some little iced cakes last night and took those in. Our Admin Assistant also has her birthday tomorrow and she took some carrot cake in. So, I had one small iced cake and a small slice of carrot cake.


Add that to the two chocolates and a glass of champagne and it's not a very good diet! However, I am a bit slimmer - although I have not weighed myself my clothes are a bit looser than they were!

I have got into the habit of not having the whole bar. But that takes will power in itself I guess. Once I've had a bite i'm happy!

it takes a lot of will power. if i dont finish my dose of chocolate every day it's like i didn't eat any chocolate
