Title: Fruit and Nut

Just been to the shop for my papers and though I'm on a diet couldn't resist buying a F&N.  Just popped it in the freezer and now having with my my morning coffee.  The simplest pleasures are the best.

I got some tea from the acupuncturist. He said it would help my PMT (yes i am a sufferer). It makes me wee a lot but I feel a lot less irritable.

I like to dip chocolate in hot chocolate. Coffee spoils the taste.

No, I don't drink cold milk except on cereals.  Gave up milk in my twenties, perhaps will take it up again.

Yesterday I had cold milk pured over ice cubes and flavoured with Lime Crusha. It was so refreshing. The secret is not to put oo much crusha flavouring in.

I've found that too bunny. Too much crusha and the flavour is too much.

Still, six years later and moving this thread back to the point...

I had a CDM Fruit and Nut bar today, my first in donkey's! What I want to know is what happened to all the fruit and nut? It's been bloody rationed!

I don't know if the offer is still on but F&N was on special in Sainsbury's and is my Dad's favourite. I am aware that Fathers' Day is coming up so I bought two bars (one for me and one for my dad of course) - well I ate mine already (there were plenty of fruits and nuts in mine!) But how long the second will last I'm not sure. Will it make it Fathers' Day? We shall see.
