My husband's brother and his family are emigrating to Australia in one week's time and we have been spending a lot of time together going out and about.
Today we went for lunch in Stamford (Lincs - a beautiful town about fifteen miles from us). We go there often as my father-in-law lives there. Today, we noticed a store called Walkabout - devoted to things from Australia!!! It was a strange place to find such a store.
Anyway, we went inside and what did I find? Lots of lovely chocolate bars from Aussie, including Cherry Ripe, Cherry Ripe Bites, Polly Waffle, Voilet Crunch, Peppermint Patty, Golden Rough and a couple more. They were all 99p which I thought was a good price.
Amazingly, I didn't buy any because most (except Cherry Ripe) are made by Nestle but I will be buying some Cherry Ripe when I visit next week.
