Does any1 know how they get the yellow bit in the white bit, its amazing!!!!!
-
what came first...the chicken or the egg?
-
Had to be thee chicken. she is female.
-
-
I wish i was a chicken
-
why?
-
I dunno it seems quite fun
-
You might get neck ache with all that pecking!
-
mmmmmmm
-
and you have to lay eggs every day.
-
And I think you are in trouble if you can't 'produce'
-
Don't hens lay eggs?
-
Chicken is the familiar name for the Red Jungle Fowl Gallus gallus and being a bird lays eggs. Hen is just the name for any female bird. The male equivalent being a cock.
Stop sniggering at the back.
-
too technical for me.
-
So the hens need a big healthy cock to make lots of eggs then?
[I can't believe I just wrote that!
Well actually I can]
-
sounds about right to me.
-
I changed my mind i dont wannq b a chicken ne more
-
-
you're funny
-
SHUCKS!!!!
-
ok aveit if you don't want to be a chicken what would you like to be? I'd like to be a ladybird.
-
How many spots would you have, five or seven?
-
ok i feel i want to say seven but think this might be the wrong answer.
-
I wanna b a Chimp
-
I want to be an Albatross.
-
I prefer condors
-
They inject it in.
-
Some Albatrosses have bigger wingspans and live considerably longer.
-
As we've said before, size isn't everything. I just like condors, there's something about them.
-
It aint what you do, its the way that you do it...
-
was that Bananarama?
-
it sure was :)
-
I would like to be a Tortoise or a Cat.
A Tortoise because they can live a very long time and I can imagine they see a lot of things and how cool would it be to swim under the sea!
Or a Cat because they lead a very relaxed and pampered life
-
Errrr, I don't think you'll find too many tortoises in the sea! Turtles maybe?
-
Ah, a very erudite zoological observation. Well done Goldencup.
-
I wonder if a tortoise would float?
-
would its shell not be too heavy?
-
I think I have got a bit confussed
So they're not the same?
-
Nope, turtles can swim. I dont know about tortoises, I think there is alot of air in that shell, so they may float.
-
I wouldn't go chucking a tortoise into the sea to find out, the RSPCA might not be too happy
-
There was a tortoise for sale in the paper the other day. £550. Do they live a long time?
-
yeah over 100 years I think.
They are expensive to buy, some of them are about £1000 and also you need a licence.
-
I feel a bit silly now, I just thought they were the same thing.
-
They look the same hon :) I wouldnt worry.
-
Thank you
-
Salsa why do you need a licence for a tortoise?
-
because they are endangered.
-
My boyfriend said there is only on giant tortoise left in the whole wide world!
-
Your boyfriend is misinformed. There are about ten in Australia Zoo for a start.
-
Thats good. I will tell him. They are endangered aren't they?
-
Oh yes, definitely. I've seen them in that zoo but would love to see them in the wild in Galapagos, they're amazing creatures. But then so are turtles!
-
There are two in Bristol Zoo aswell.
-
I know two people with tortoises and both of them say that their tortoises escape in the summer and wander off!
-
yup, they can move quite quick.
My dad had one and he drilled a hole in its shell and put it on string in the garden.
-

My dad had one and he drilled a hole in its shell and put it on string in the garden.
Did he really do that?
-
Yup, it was the normal thing to do in those days.
-
-
Tis life innit. Years change things.
-
I LOVE LOU LOU!!
