What is everyones favorite Cheese?


I like Norweigan Jarlsberg


French Brie (not that Summerset nonsense)


Swiss Emmenthal


Dutch Gouda

Mozerella (sp?), Goat's cheese, Brie, Camenbert, Edam, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Gruyere.

I only eat cheese in cooked dishes. I never eat in raw. i only eat cooked bananas too - never uncooked ones. The best food in the world is banana, grilled with bacon wrapped around it.

I like to eat really thin slices of edam. I use a vegetable peeler instead of a knife.

Ah Primula, now that reminds me.  They used to do a smokey cheese one which I LOVED but it disappeared years ago.
