Title: British Candy and Chocolate tools
Post by: on July 21, 2005, 11:05:08 pm

Have sent for some stuff including cute teddy for my Mum.  However have not ordered any Chocolate Tools, which last time were sickly and had inappropriate orangey taste and not at all as I remember them.

Hope you read this BC and take necessary action to improve your tools.

See this is why I have never been tempted by British candy or their "chocolate tools"...

I got a few bags of old style boiled sweets and lacerated my tongue just like when i was little! When you suck those sweets they get sharp as razors!

Do they still do strawberry sherbets? I remember they were the same as lemon ones but obviously strawberry flavoured.

Not sure about the chocolate tools, they have always had a slight orange flavour from every company that makes them.

They will be back on sale again soon as new stock has arrived at long last

Im pleased you enjoyed your order Lemoneye!  Im sorry to say we dont do Strawberry sherbets anymore as they were not very popular.

They never had an orange flavour when I was a kid, just a sort of sweet cooking chocolate.
