Sunday 7.55am. It's a dull, damp morning and very cold. The weatherman described it as "mizzly". I think that's a cross between drizzly and misty. The weatherman  is Scottish so maybe a Scottish term or a word he makes up. He has another word he uses in the winter, skytzey(spelt it how he said it). I have a feeling thats something to do with icy. Ok I'm going off the subject of the day. Had sugar puffs for breakfast and a cup of peppermint tea. I have found since drinking peppermint tea and giving up ordinary tea about 12 weeks ago I have had no migraines. About to take my dog Oliver(Ollie) for a walk to the newsagent to buy newspaper and chocolate. I feel the weather is too depressing to do anything outside today so will stay in the warm.Hope you all have a lovely Sunday.

09:28 had a big piece of choc fudge cake.  Weather neither sunny nor cloudy.  Looking forward to October and Spain where I should see an Audouin's Gull:

Yes, saw a few near Huelva.  It's quite rare.
