I got a share bag of mini Double Decker bites called Dinky Deckers. Man, they are GORGEOUS!

£1 Asda but the real price is usually £1.90 - far too much. I'll buy them whenever they're £1 though!

A box of Milk Tray used to be greeted with joy at Christmas 50-odd years ago. The chocs nestled in their own little paper cup and the fillings were delightful: Turkish Delight, Coffee Cream, Lime Barrel, Dairy Fudge... there was something for everyone. The chocolate was creamy and had a lovely dry texture. Nowadays, a box of Milk Tray is a HUGE let-down. The chocolates are greasy-looking and have a disgusting greasy/sickly sweet taste. The fillings are so synthetic-tasting and uninspiring. Cadbury has won the race to the bottom.

New Products / Cadbury Puddles

These are flat CDM bars with 'puddles' (raised miss-shaped domes) of runny filling. The best one is mint, but there is a hazelnut one too.  I feared that the chocolate would be nasty, following Cadbury's take-over by Kraft, but actually it's just like normal CDM.

They are only available in a largish bar, and lots of supermarkets are selling them for £1 instead of about £1.60.

Unless I am navigating their site incorrectly, the range of stock seems to have drastically reduced. No M&Ms available at all? I was hoping to order some flavoured ones (Mint or Raspberry or Cherry) for my daughter's forthcoming birthday but when I did a 'search' nothing came up.

Also looked for some popular American bars but could not find them. I think a trip to a nearby town with a 'posh' sweetshop is going to be necessary.

What a shame. A few years ago, Cybercandy was heaving with interesting products and browsing their site was a real treat. You felt as if you had eaten the sweets!

I broke my diet to try one of these as a special treat.

YUK!! I wish I had not!

The coating is a horrible - sickly and greasy and a nasty silver/grey colour. The ice cream is basically just vanilla with a very hard-to-see streak of brown stuff running through it which has no taste at all.

These are not even a hundred miles close to being a Marc de Champagne flavour.

New Products / CDM Mixums

Two strange new products in share bags. One is CDM with Oreo mix (from what I could see, there were Smarties and Buttons mixed with small Oreos in a bag. The other is CDM with Maynard's jelly products. This seems to be a bag of wine gums and pastilles with CDM chocolates but I could not work out what the chocolates are. Could be tiny fudge bars and something else.
